2Preliminary Drawing
We prepare a preliminary drawing involves creating an initial design concept that outlines the basic structure, layout, and key elements of a project. These drawings serve as a visual representation of the proposed design, helping to convey ideas, explore options, and provide a foundation for further development. They typically include rough sketches or basic plans that focus on the overall form, spatial relationships, and fundamental design components, without delving into detailed specifications.
3Preliminary Consultation
We then arrange a preliminary consultation by phone or virtually to review the design we’ve prepared, aligning with your vision, style preferences, and specific needs. We'll also discuss your desired timeline and address any potential constraints.
4Design Proposal and Estimate
At this point, we meet in person to present the detailed design proposal and cost estimate. We will gather your feedback and make any necessary adjustments to the design or budget.
5Agreement & Contract
This stage, we formalize the agreement and establish clear terms for the project. It involves final design approval, signing the contract, and collecting the deposit as outlined, securing the project's start date.
