Our team oversees all aspects of the project, including coordinating subcontractors, managing timelines, and ensuring quality control, and we keep you informed with regular progress updates and are available to address any questions or concerns. In addition, we meticulously monitor the work to ensure it meets our high standards and your expectations.
3Final Walkthrough & Punch List
The final walkthrough and punch list are the concluding steps in the remodeling process, ensuring that everything is completed to your satisfaction. During this stage, we conduct a thorough walkthrough of the completed project with you, inspecting every detail to ensure it aligns with the agreed-upon design and quality standards. Together, we identify and document any minor issues or incomplete tasks that need attention. This list, known as the punch list, includes any final touches or corrections needed before project completion. We also address each item on the punch list promptly, making necessary adjustments or fixes to ensure the space meets your expectations.
4Project Completion & Handover
The Project & Handover phase is the final step where we complete the project and officially transfer the finished space to you. Final Inspection: We conduct a thorough final inspection to ensure that all work has been completed according to the design specifications and quality standards. We also provide you with all necessary documentation, including warranties, manuals, and care instructions for the new features or systems installed. In addition, We complete the financial aspects of the project by collecting any remaining payments as outlined in the contract. At last, we formally hand over the completed space to you, ensuring that everything is in perfect order and ready for use.
